Tired of being sick and tired? Have those few extra pounds become more than a few? Can’t sleep at night, but dragging during the day? Bedroom frolics not what they used to be?

It turns out that pesky problems like these are managed by the endocrine system. This set of glands -- including the adrenals, thyroid, ovaries, and testicles -- has captured the attention of everyone from TV doctors to your family physician.

Some call it the "downhill syndrome". Some call it the "chronic subclinical everything syndrome". Regardless of what it's called, a lot of your friends and neighbors, and likely you, feel sick, but not sick enough to really be sick.

On TV, we hear about diseases like hypothyroid, adrenal fatigue and low testosterone. Seems like there is a drug for each of them, doesn’t it? The truth is the hormone-producing glands pump out a stew of hormones, about 70 different ones that we know of so far. These hormones, such as estrogen, cortisol and the like, manage every organ in the body, and they must stay balanced to create that great feeling of health.

In this webinar series, we’ll sort out blood sugar, thyroid concerns, PMS and everything in between.

The subject is complex, but Karta Purkh Singh Khalsa and Registered Herbalist, Richard Mandelbaum, will break it down and share techniques you, your family and/or your clients can begin using immediately.

Don’t slide into the downhill syndrome. Start living the life you deserve to live. Get your energy back and live to your best self every day!
